Jordan Spieth is the latest golfer to withdraw from next month’s Olympic games in Brazil due to concerns about the Zika virus. I don’t blame him. I would do the same thing! No medal is worth getting sick for.

Congratulations to Billy Hurley III on his 1st PGA Tour win! The Naval Academy grad made a 27-footer for birdie on the Par 5 16th hole to seal the victory at the Quicken Loans National ten months after losing his father to a self-inflicted gunshot wound.  

Dear USGA, If you’re going to penalize Dustin Johnson (and I disagree that it was a penalty), don’t hold it over his head until the end of the round… especially when he’s trying to win a major championship. It lacks both dignity and class.
