With his win at the WGC-Dell Match Play Championship, 28-year-old Jason Day has now won back-to-back PGA Tour events and six of his last 13 tournaments dating back to the PGA Championship in August. He also reclaims his No. 1 world ranking.

I like this new WGC-Dell Match Play format a lot better. Now, instead of being one and done, guys get to stick around for at least three days, and it builds drama to see who’s going to advance to the round of 16.
