Phil Mickelson finally apologized for his debacle at the U.S. Open. Like I told you, he lost it!

Even if I did believe Phil Mickelson’s explanation that he swatted a moving ball on the 13th green to “take advantage of the Rules,” it still looked to me like he just lost it.
