Q: What’s a YELLOW/ORANGE BALL TOURNAMENT?

A: A four-player team event in which the teams are selected using A, B, C, and D handicap players. On each hole, one player plays the yellow ball, one player plays the orange ball, and the two remaining players play their own balls.

The yellow and orange balls will rotate among the team members each hole. At the completion of each hole, three scores are added together to create one team score – the yellow ball, the orange ball, and the best ball of the other two partners. Teams must complete all 18 holes with both the yellow and orange balls and return them to the committee in order to be eligible to win the tournament. The lowest team score wins. If either ball is lost or hit out of bounds, the team is disqualified.

A blind draw will be used for teams that only have three players.
