Q: What’s a LAS VEGAS?

A: A fun team tournament format that rewards birdies and can soften the blow of a weaker player’s score at the same time. Teams consist of an A and a B player, and the players’ scores are paired rather than combined to determine a team score. For example, if one teammate scores a six on a hole and the other teammate scores a four, the team score is a 46 (the lowest score is always posted first). The team with the lowest score wins the event. No team member can exceed a nine on any hole.
